Yesterday night was the inauguration of the EuroPride 2008 in Stockholm. The speakers were the Minister for EU Affairs, Dr Cecilia Malmström; the queer feminist Professor of Gender studies, Dr Tiina Rosenberg (via QX); and HRH Manvendra Singh Gohil, Prince of the Indian princely state of Rajpipla [wiki]. There were also a lot of song and dance by Swedish artists and performers.
