May is the melanoma month. Saturday I will volunteer for the university in an outreach it does screening for melanoma. My assignment is to "helping with the 'check-out' of patients and [you] will be giving out sunscreens." Checking out patients in the Castro - THAT sounds like something! But I doubt I will get into situations like this:
