Yesterday, I discovered that my dear little black iPod Nano decided to no-longer work. It didn't connect to iTunes when I connected it. It made some beeping sounds when the last flashes went trough its memory... My attempts to reset it was futile. So, I made an appointment with the boys at the Apple Genius Bar downtown.
I got help by two Aussie mates that were on their final week in training to later be part of opening the Genius Bar in Sydney. Look for Raymond and Alex - they were just fabulous!
The iPod I had bought in the fall was beyond help (unclear what it was) and it had to be put to sleep.
They took my old one back, and I was given a new one. Thanks, mates!
