On Tuesday the 29th I will start a new life... I will start on the South Beach diet. My goal is to lose up to 40 pounds eventually. It is a tough goal, but absolutely doable - and very likely needed. It'll be diet and working out in combination.
Bye, bye carbs for a while!
I am starting with a class mate so we can be "sparring" each other to reach new lows.
It will probably make things easier when we do this together.
Perhaps I'll be an otter by Hairrison 2008?
