A new quarter started on Jan 2. It'll be a quarter filled with a lot of work. The classes I'll take will keep my plate filled:
- Advanced qualitative methodology (where I'll continue to interview elderly lesbian women and gay men about their lives here in the city/Bay Area),
- Ethics with the most famous nurse: Patricia Benner,
- Family and relational research with my adviser,
- Academic writing (time to get my act together on that...),
- then two electives for fun: wilderness medicine (where we could expect a SEAL teacher...) and a class on how to turn research results into policy.
On Jan 25 my philosophy classes will start at Cal again...
Other stuff on the agenda are: TA at the computer lab and so teaching back in Sweden. Something tells me that I don't have to be restless and under-stimulated... :D
