A mix of news headlines that have caught my attention in different ways.

One commercial for the iPhone that has been aired in the US tells the story of how a passenger questions a delay of an air craft. The way he does it: surfing the Internet. According to a story that has reached the net, this is what happened in real life too. However, the pilot seemed less positive to the passengers assistance...

The New York Times reports that fewer professors at the universities in the United States get tenure track positions. The tenure concept is explained at wiki. The idea is to create a freedom for faculty/professors.

HIV infection is and has been a reason to not allow people to enter to the United States. GayCityNews reports that there are risks that this regulation, that has been questioned and seemed likely to disappear will not go away after all...

----

And a happy news: the Swedish male soccer team has reached the European Championships!
